Migrate wip #169

Resolves #112 Turns !wip into /playing. The google spreadsheet needs to be updated a bit. The document name should be Game Channels, and the layout should be | Channel Name | Channel ID | Game Name |

I also removed the filter of one player for the list of games, as well as the option to refresh the list. Since ephemeral messages are a thing, there's not as much need for reducing the spamming of the command
