Including Rank in SLU05 - Correlation and Causality

Context

In order to teach spearman it is necessary to teach Rank. I'm assuming that this hasn't been taught in the previous lessons.

Possible Implementation

I'll add that to the SLU curriculum if it's ok. Just checking that it hasn't been taught before.
