The following PR implements the following changes in the README:

In MAcOS instructions, add a step to install xcode command line utils (sometimes necessary for git/homebrew)
Add instructions on how to install python3.7 on MacOS with a M1 chip though ibrew

This assumes Rosetta2 is installed, should I add an instruction step with this?
