How about a footer or lateral navigation bar that is always showing links to this info?

That could also work, I guess it depends on the amount of information/links we want to put there. It shouldn't be too much, otherwise it will be ignored.

From the other issue I imagined just 3~5 links to the most important info they should need on the academy. We can even put them in bright flashing orange.
