Set strategic goals for Teaching AOR

I would like to set a few simple but impactful goals for the teaching AOR for this batch.

Most ideas come from previous batch + added visibility:

Meet student expectations on deadlines and policies, trough better rule setting and communication
Guarantee a solid time frame for QA, through communication improvements (eg. checkpoints) and deadline adjustments (way wider than 3 weeks)
Maximize activities usefulness, betting on strong instructor solutions and good materials (would like student success to help implement proper metrics here to make sure this is having the desired impact)

I'm tagging the exec on the issue because they should be aware of the priorities so they can request changes. Also going to share the doc and issue on teaching channel

@CatarinaSilva where was this documented? It would be good to have this on the Wiki.

@Juliana-R these are the final OKRs. Given this issue already reflects the documentation task, this is closed as the OKRs are defined. Please update the issue #204 to reflect that no confirmation is needed, just documenting, or let me know if you want me to update the body of that issue :)
