Birthdays - should we be enforcing people to share their birthday? #199

Hello, just opening this issue since I know that some people, due to their religious or cultural background don't celebrate their birthdays, so it could be a bit awkward if they were pressured into sharing their date of birth or make any kind of celebration.

It is ok if people want to celebrate, but only if they are wiling to.

I ~will change~ just changed the bullet point about the birthday calendar to "optional" on the page https://ldssa.github.io/wiki/Volunteers/Volunteer-Onboarding/#onboarding-checklist.

Sharing the birthday should be optional and the onboarding guidelines already reflect that. @Juliana-R , can we close this one?

I believe it's optional. The Birthday Calendar is mentioned in the Volunteer Onboarding as one of the calendars they can subscribe too, but it is tagged as optional. Will close. @mariana-s-fernandes please feel free to reopen if anything comes up.
