update kramdown in Gemfile #247

Context

Dependabot alert for kramdown version https://github.com/LDSSA/wiki/security/dependabot/docs/Gemfile.lock/kramdown/open

Goal:

Update the version on Gemfile on new branch
Test website on localhost
Merge to main

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] GitHub pages are functional (5+ pages ok, search is working) after merge
[ ] Dependabot alert no longer appears

Can't solve this yet. When I do bundle install it replaces the Gemfile. Need some expert help on this one. @Jujulian3 @hcastilho do you by any chance know how to fix this kind of thing? 😅
