Add correct list of founders to LDSA Org page #296

Context:

When updating the page about the organization, some information was missing on the founders and history part. This needs to be done by a founder so it is as accurate as possible.

Goal(s)s:

[ ] Add list of founders and context for the creation of LDSA in section "Founders & History" of LDSA Org page => this one https://ldssa.github.io/wiki/About%20us/Lisbon-Data-Science-Academy-(Organization)/.

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] The page is updated with the founders of the LDSA.

So it depends a bit on what we want to make the word "founders" mean.

The original cohort of "benevolent dictators", and the ones that show up on the certificate of incorporation are Samuel Hopkins // Pedro Fonseca // Ricardo Pereira

However I feel it's not exactly fair to say we are more than everyone who taught and worked on the first edition, so I'd suggest we maybe drop the concept of founders entirely.
