add page with which calendars to use for events #365

Context: Telmo is sheduling a jobs AMA, an online event for students and instructors. He wants to invite both these groups to the event. For that he wants to create a calendar invite and put it on the right calendar. This is a recurring situation.

I'm suggesting we should have a page in the wiki explaining which calendars exist and what are they for.

Goal(s): Create a page in the wiki explaining which calendars exist and what are they for.

Acceptance criteria: A page in the wiki is created explaining which calendars exist and what are they for.

I think this is already mentioned (but not in the most obvious manner) in the Volunteers Onboarding page for Volunteers in the Wiki (obligatory read given to each volunteer at onboarding), at https://ldssa.github.io/wiki/Volunteers/Volunteer-Onboarding/#finding-stuff, please check below:

I will make it more clear on that point that the batch calendar is to be used for such events where we have both instructors and students. The instructors calendar is only for internal matters.

We have the same logic in the 2 separate calendars available for the Prep Course.

Let me know if this isn't clear. In the mean time I will add more detail on that page regarding this point.
