What should be the deadline for Teaching Responsibilities? #78

An important point of improvement is defining and respecting a deadline for the delivery of SLUs/BLUs. Something that precedes the development of the material is the assignment of responsibilities. The leads of each specialization are already defined (I believe), but it would also make sense to have a deadline to define the teams that will support each specialization and the individual responsibilities. This deadline should take into account the recruitment and assignment of new volunteers.

This issue has been rotting for more than 28 days now. 😢 Does issue #152 address this already and, if so, can we close this one?

If no action is taken this issue might be closed on 16 July 2021 (2+ months inactivity).

Regarding recruiting/building teams, for this batch I'm pinging people to check the status of all teams before June and will coordinate with each team. But hopefully (and aligned with OKRs of several areas) we'll document better this process during this batch and on batch6 we'll add a deadline for team creation also 😄
