Add Placeholder Nav #10

Overview of UX improvement request Add a placeholder Nav to the Hamburger Menu so its default styling can be showcased.

Rationale As of right now the hamburger menu is providing different functionality on the Starter Site, just being used to expose the Top/search bar when a user has scrolled down the page.

But it could be worth considering building out what a Nav could look like on the Starter Site to showcase the default styling for this piece of functionality?

How to implement

NOTE > Adding multiple menu entries (ie: Home, and Project Showcase) will totally alter the styling of the header in a way that we likely don't want.

Only include 1 menu item (Project Showcase page), but idk how much of a best practice that would be to not include a Home nav item if we have a Nav at all?
