Include a page featuring Islandora 2 showcase example sites for new users to explore.
Rationale
This extension could go hand in hand with the building of a Nav, serving as an example About page or something like that?
We would need to get volunteered showcase sites to create a small list of links that new users could use to compare between what they're seeing on the Starter Site and what it has turned into.
