Z-stage seems to initiate in wrong position #50

Could be that there is a voltage remaining on the DAQ due to the aborted acquisition

It was actually the stage position that was very far on the edges. Thus it could not move all the way. Resetting it to the center fixed that. I removed the resetting of the position on close. This sometimes doesn't get called if we crash. This should be put in something like a finally block. Not sure if it would be enough in a python finally block, as sometimes we have to crash out hard. Maybe as an option on shutdown or something like that?
