As a user, I want to see where I am in the Map, so that I know my current location in FEUP #2

Notes

The user location should be displayed in a graphical way of some sort, i.e using a blue point in the map.
Optionally, the direction that the user is facing can be shown in smartphones compatible with this function (compass required).
