Builds seem to be using the various 'steps' to insert descriptions or to elaborate on the build as a whole. That information is confusing as steps and would be better presented as a description that goes above the build order itself.

Clever, but I feel like it's trying to work around a limitation.
Edit: Don't use GH often, so I apologize if I'm not supposed to open issues directly. Do with this as you want.
