Update icons.js with the Ottoman and Malian icons #36

Simple, but tedious job of editing the icons.js and adding the new icons, titels, descriptions, and costs.

Names for images are as followed:

Added most of these to the icons.json file, just without any descriptions yet.

Thank you for the update. On my side, I will update the build export for AoE4_Overlay with these new names (when I find the time). Two first notes after quick check:

All names seem to have dropped the first letter (e.g. usofadi_4 instead of musofadi_4) -> note that it is not an issue for me, provided these names do not change in the future
Some images seem to be attributed to both Ottomans and Malians:
- anco_repairs
- anding_parties
- anuscript_trade
- arima_leadership
- arrior_scout_1
- ...

@LENpolygon I updated the dictionaries for the overlay with your new names. You can see this in the pull request #42 . There are some notes in this pull request.
