ottomans and malians bo names #40

Adapt names to export BOs to AoE4_Overlay for Malians and Ottomans. When all the unique units/techs of Ottomans and Malians will be added, I will update the dictionaries.

Thanks! I've got the list of unique names already available. Just need to find the time to add them all.
