Issue738 - Deleting Years Throws Off Econ Features #738

Design two years in PEWI. Then delete Year 1. Then go to the results pages, specifically the economics tabs. You'll see the graphics are not loading.

  1. Determine if this is also impacting the econ tables.
  2. Investigate and fix.
