Filter does not apply for animated wallpapers #356

A single frame of the filtered wallpaper shows before reverting to the normal wallpaper.

This can be reproduced using the attached image file with swww img --filter Nearest pixel-pizza_futuristic

Perhaps an easy fix is convert this gif into a big enough cached form through something like imagemagick?
