This is an attempt to allow floating windows, with the existing ShareX entry

[X] I have formatted applications.yaml with komorebic fmt-asc.

Sorry I thought it was checking the identifier for the app and then the float identifiers, so didn't expect this. I'll close this for now, but use it myself.
