feat(applications): add MaxxAudioPro #87

Hi. I have added MaxxAudioPro (which is usually installed on Dell machines to handle audio drivers or something).

In this case, whenever I plug in an earphone/headphone/microphone, there will be a pop-up window to select which device is plugged in.

This probably should be a composite rule (title associated with an exe identifier similar to #84).

@sitiom I have changed it to match the composite rule. Thank you for reviewing.
