[FEAT]: Remove komorebi's forced minimum window size #531

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I usually watch media and chat at the same time by tiling mpv and chat application on the same screen where mpv takes as much room as possible. With komorebi I can't expand mpv/shrink the chat application as far as I would like.

Describe the solution you'd like Forced size restrictions should be lifted or made way more relaxed.
