Describe the bug whenever I try to activly browse the web, my cpu usage temporarly spikes by 20% and is cnnstantly up by 5% - 10% when doing nothing activly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See bug

Expected behavior I believe that the cpu usage shouldn't be going up by this much when browsing the web or doing anything

Can you submit a video showing how the CPU usage is changing as you do these activities with a per-process breakdown?

I don't think this is a issue with komorebi, If you try just spamming alt-tab (without komorebi even opened). You will get similar results. this is just how windows work.
