AOSP ONLY: WhatsApp Web crash linking devices #14

In A11, the camera crashes the device when trying to link a device with Whatsapp web.

Linking of devices works fine in LOS18.1 with the exact same device tree, so there is something missing in the AOSP source.

Fixed by removing WhatsApp from the HAL1 packagelist
