[x] missing veilid repo next to the coagulate-flutter repo when building (../veilid)

[x] Android build error

> Failed to notify project evaluation listener.
   > NDK is not installed
   > Task with name 'cargoBuild' not found in project ':veilid'.

[ ] add iOS workflow
- [ ] add credentials for dev team in iOS workflow (try fastlane match)
