This PR collects the most relevant/useful material from the UV models fits that we want to merge in main as #47 might be too large.
I'd add here:
[x] Web page documentation with the additional material not shown in the paper.
[x] Final UV models runcards, only for the models shown in the paper and with the related parsing script (Not the WC one).
[x] The UV couplings feature in the smefit src code.
Anything else?
Not sure if you want to merge also the plotting scripts @jacoterh or they are too dirty ... ?
The other branch will stay there so information won't be lost, simply we will not merge it.
