The 'Command Line Interface Reference Guide' indicates that Meshmagick is able to write .DAT files. It seems that this is unfortunately impossible. The error message is the following: OSError: Extension ".dat" is not known

I have found the answer in a closed issue: "Converting - extension "dat" not found" Sorry for this. My post can be deleted.
