so sometimes there might be a situation like, everyone needs to make multiple transfers for only 1 buck or 0.5 dollars, which doesn't make much sense what about this, someone would like to be the "god", who collects money for everyone, then transfer all of them at once.

add agent mode: html select agent. -> request -> get agent

agent process: add new line: indicating who is the agent everybody's money to him finish calculating

the intention is to transfer less, updated the algorithm and implementation to achieve the debt_transfer tag is now deprecated but still supported
