The result of a project post is not the entire project object but only its id, which is not homgeneous with the rest of the API : https://github.com/LI3DS/api-li3ds/blob/master/api_li3ds/apis/project.py#L51
Furthermore the timezone defaulting to None is not functionnal, as the constraint fails when trying to post a project with not timezone.
