Remove posdatasource #17

This removes all the code related to posdatasource.

I also changed one of the itowns queries to rely on datasource rather that posdatasource. I don't have data to test it, but we have no user for the itowns entry point for the moment anyway.

This needs to be merged, to accomodate the changes in https://github.com/LI3DS/pg_li3ds/pull/17 which are merged.

Looks good. I opened a discussion at LI3DS/pg_li3ds#19 for improving the itowns entry points. Please merge this one (even if it breaks itowns) and give your thoughts on LI3DS/pg_li3ds#19.
