data export must be sorted by initial registration time #110

The reason for this is that any sheets that consume this data and allow enrichment (adding extra corresponding fields alongside the import) will break if the sorting changes as new entries are made. The data will no longer align, and there will be no way to recover the old correspondence

as with some of the other export-related feature/issues, you may consider solving this with an SQL View (via joins and transforms), implemented directly in the DBMS schema.

This view could also be accessed directly for more sophisticated consumption
