Set AI parameters from Bluetooth config #47

Similar to the wav file, the running of the EI inference is currently 'hard coded' & should probably be set by the config structure.

Additionally the level (default is AI_RESULT_THRESHOLD) at which the AI inference 'detects' a target sound needs to be 'settable'.

The threshold level at which a detection is deemed to have occurred remains outstanding, perhaps this feature will be required in the future but needs co-ordination from the app. I'll close this for the moment.
