SU2 format export #138

We need a new format export for the IG graph structure and the blocking structure as an unstructured mesh (see https://su2code.github.io/docs_v7/Mesh-File/)

add it in IO component
in 2D, export all faces, all nodes, all the boundary edges
export variable of type int/float/markertag (0,1) with name
