2D Mesh morphing feature #238

This feature aims to provide a new algorithm that:

takes a full 2d quad mesh m as a first input. This mesh must contain faces, boundary edges, and corner vertices.
considers a boundary deformation of m as a second input. In other words, we know an approximate geometrical location for boundary edges and corner vertices of m.
generate a deformed version of m that fits the given boundary deformation
