Mesh generation from classified curved blocking

The main of this request is to have a new functionality for the curved blocking structure. It must provide:

• new information in each block : (Origin, i, j,k), nb cuts in each direction (i,j,k)
• Conformity check between adjacency blocks
• Mesh generation from the block structure where edges are meshed first, then surface, then blocks
• The mesh generation is only done in a uniform manner, but the process must be "general" to accept alternative discretization
• Mesh must be projected on the geometry
• Simple block smoothing procedure must be provided too (iterative process where we smooth nodes location laplacian and project)
