Super Mario Bros. Deluxe - libretro, crackly audio, pause menu issue #460

Core Version: 0.14.7 9fd4e30 OS: Windows 7 x64 Game: Super Mario Bros. Deluxe (Japan) (En) (Rev 1) (NP).gbc

The audio is crackly when starting a level. Start 1-1 and you'll notice the first few notes don't sound quite right. May happen at other points but it's definitely more noticeable there. Tried changing audio drivers but made no difference.

There's also a bug on the pause menu. I can trigger it more often when jumping then pressing Start. Original Mode / Challenge Mode Super Mario Bros  Deluxe (Japan) (En) (Rev 1) (NP)-220623-173916 Super Mario Bros  Deluxe (Japan) (En) (Rev 1) (NP)-220623-173140

None of this issues happen with the standalone version (SDL), or with the Gambatte core, or with Gambatte standalone.

Maybe it's fixed as of 0.15.6. Didn't notice any these problems.

I can hear the crackle when a stage starts after selecting it from the map sometimes with a 0.15.8 core build. It's similar to the crackle mentioned in the other issue reports.

I can also hear this crackle, even though it's inconsistent.
