Pokemon Silver Stopped Saving #518

Pokemon Silver doesn't save anymore. When I open my game again I am always at a certain point so I have to use the Save Game State Button Instead. It's really annoying pls fix. The same thing happened to my friend in Gold.

What do you mean by "doesn't save anymore"? Do you get an error message from the game? From the emulator? What error are you getting?

If I save using the in-game function, 70% of the time it won't properly generate a .sav file. When I relaunch SameBoy some of my progress is gone and I am sent back to my last save that actually saved.
