log banned accounts in banned.txt option #59

Hello, I think it would be great if banned accounts could be logged as "banned.txt" in the Valchecker application, just like "valid.txt". Please add this feature. Thanks.

That would slow down the checker and I don't see any point in doing that. What do you need permanently banned accounts for?
