The setup should be easier #3

Now you have to look in multiple places and change things in multiple files to set up the report, this could be done in a single or two files. A user should not have to edit the main.tex and preamble.sty

A setup folder counting some files like: vars, included_files, style. then that info is linked and placed in the right place, so a new document only need to change stuff in setup and text (with that probably move biblio.bib out of static and in to some other folder)
