Meeting notes 30th sep #129

  1. Install BWlabel of SPM (much faster). Maybe try to include it in the release.

  2. After creating contrast, double check with limo_contrast_checking

  3. Add flag for overwriting files

  4. Remove TFCE large matrix output

  5. Two sample t-test, check file cell array for input

  6. Paired t-test and unpaired. Rename files parameters x_y instead of xy ([1 4] -> 1_4 instead of 14)

  7. Plot contrast for ANVOVA14, when selecting cluster, does not try to compute them, instead say that no file is present
