Please take a special look to the last commig (e0c8d869). We were having a problem with single-channels analysis and this seemed the way to fix it, but I would recomend double-check it.
Might be related to issue #12 but I am not sure if it is the same problem (actually the discussion on that issue triggered this pull request that I forgot to do back in november).
