I think this is intentional.

There is a Beta file with session 1 There is a Beta file with session 2 There is a file with both sessions

Beta_files_limo_issue_design1_GLM_Channels_Frequency_WLS.txt
Beta_files_ses-1_limo_issue_design1_GLM_Channels_Frequency_WLS.txt
Beta_files_ses-2_limo_issue_design1_GLM_Channels_Frequency_WLS.txt

I am not sure what the file with the 2 sessions is for.

See issue 171 - intentionally not coded sessions together to account separately for session variance. Contrast per same parameters (mean) are also computed.
