Erasing not function for time-frequency decomposition #29

When calling std_limo. Setting the 'erase', 'on' flag has no effect. The time-frequency LIMO takes forever to compute but does not erase the old betas.

Actually, they were saved in a different folder. Still we should check this functionality.
