Support drbdsetup for user controls #23

Currently drbdadm is used for executing control commands, but this isn't compatible with an installation that's using Linstor for resource creation. Is it possible to add an option to use drbdsetup for the user controls?

I don't see why this would not be compatible, LINSTOR itself uses drbdadm/drbdsetup. That would need a better error report. Anyways, I don't have time to maintain that project and will archive it now. For simple monitoring there is drbdmon in drbd-utils.
