Latest proxmox shows next warning after every action:

Plugin "PVE::Storage::Custom::LINSTORPlugin" is implementing an older storage API, an upgrade is recommended

Thanks for reporting, this is very well known and has been discussed on drbd-user. I will "fix" that eventually when I have time to work on it.
