[V2.3.0] Impossible d'exporter le rapport en PDF #70

Bonjour, J'ai réalisé une A.I.V.P avec la version 2.3.0 de votre outil en m'aidant de la vidéo tutoriel : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mfVXzVQ8208. A 7m40, lors de la finalisation de l'analyse, il m'est malheureusement impossible d'afficher le rapport et donc de l'exporter en format pdf.. De plus, lors de l'affichage des PIA en cours, il m'est impossible de cliquer sur les 3 petits points pour exporter ce pdf... Comment faire ? Merci

Bonjour, Est-il possible de soit m'envoyer votre export PIA par email bruno@atnos.com ou alors que l'on fasse un partage d'écran afin d'identifier le problème ?

hi, we have the same problem, we can't export PIA in pdf, we have no option. We try to export them in doc but the file is misformatted.

Hi @frareg Could you add more information? Which operating system(with the version), which browser(or PIA software version), ...?

Hello,

The only way to get a .pdf from the PIA tool is to print the report on the Consult/Preview page, which is available once a PIA is validated (simple validation or signed validation), using the "Consult" button or the "eye" icon button.

There, you can print the PIA to .pdf, but the rendering isn't optimal yet... Another solution would be to get export the .doc, the images, and make your own doc and styling, then export it as a real .pdf.

@frareg Do you have any example of doc misformatted? When you export it, you can download a file but it doesn't render well? Please, could you provide us more information.

PS : this video isn't recent, pages changed, processes changed... we should definitely check it with the CNIL to make an up-to-date tutorial video.

we can't provide you a document, it's contain private data that we can't share. We use your procedure but it missed some part of the document, like risk part, diagram and special character such as accented letter.
