Feature request: Add risks #74

It would be great to add a functionality to add more risks to an existing DPIA. As far, the following risks are included on the PIA tool:

Illegitimate access
Unwanted modification
Data disappearance

However, it could be useful to be able to add more risks, like we can add planned on existing security controls.
