Hello, What is the licence for the elevation-profiler code? Would it be ok for me to maybe package it up as a library and release it on NPM?

Hi Steve, I've broken the elevation profiler out into its own repo with a license spec (MIT) and README, and created a pretty barebones NPM library from it.
