[feat] Ability to edit mod list

great tool btw!

It would be nice if the tool offered editing the modlist

• [ ] parse mods from documents\ets2\mod folder
• [ ] parse mods from possible steam workshop folders (https://stackoverflow.com/a/34091380/5494061 / https://github.com/shravan2x/Gameloop.Vdf)
• [ ] ability to sort/filter mods (especially a [hide incompatible mods] checkbox which is abundant from ingame mod manager)
• [ ] ability to edit certain mod values from the GUI (like compatible versions, name, etc)
• [ ] ability to add/remove/sort mods
• [ ] abilty to export/import modlist to clipboard for easy transferring between profiles
