textbox parameters in Instruments tab not editable in GUI #118

Currently, on the ROOM TEMPERATURE pc, textbox instrument inputs do not work in the pylabcontrol gui.

To reproduce:

1) Load pylabcontrol gui 2) Load an instrument that has a textbox parameter (such as the voltage parameter for the PiezoController) 3) textbox parameters will not be editable.

It seems dropdown parameters are ok, but I have not looked into them extensively.

This was fixed upon a computer reset, but not clear what started it to begin with.
